"Victor does a superb job and really understands not only how to tune a piano, but understands the mechanics of how to fix piano issues (hammers, strings, stuck keys, etc.). He understands how to change a piano's "action" (resistance when pressing keys) which can be extremely helpful. I had a friend of mine who Victor had once installed a humidifier in his piano because of stiff action due to dry air. It fixed the problem!! Victor has deep understanding of piano hardware and is a really nice guy. Not a lot of craftsmen remain with this precious skill set!"
